“The most sustainable, reliable and long-standing expansion vessel for your central heating emitter system”
Why use an Flexcon Premium Expansion Vessel in the emitter side of a heat pump installation?
Heat pumps are more sensitive to low pressure. If the pressure is too low, the system may shut-down.
When the temperature in the installation rises, the system water will expand. This system water needs to be stored temporarily in the expansion vessel to keep the pressure in the installation at the correct level.
In many situations, the expansion vessel will be relatively small compared to traditional heat sources.
